Each summer, collegiate baseball players arrive from various parts of the country to hone their skills at Historic Tiger Field. These “out-of-towners” need a place to stay during the 11 weeks of the 2019 baseball season. A host family is asked to provide their player a room with a bed, food in the fridge, and directions for using the laundry. There’s no need to stress about getting uniforms ready for the next game, because the “unis” stay on site and are laundered in the Colt 45s clubhouse…..thank you Carmona’s, for your donation of the heavy duty Whirlpool!
