The Redding Colt 45s, along with important members of our community, made a proposal to the Redding City Council last week to make numerous improvements and renovations to South City Park. The proposed changes include a new little league field with an enclosed stage for performing arts in centerfield, new gates, new restrooms, additional perimeter fencing, a new Literacy Playground and Children’s Reading Area near the Redding Library, and a new entry for Tiger Field.
